Shipment and Delivery
Delivery will be made through Bartolini in Italy and UPS for countries in the Euro zone.
Deliveries are made within 3/5 working days from the date of order.
Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs are added to the total cost of your order and are indicated when you checkout before you complete your purchase.
The costs are calculated automatically according to the weight and volume of the products purchased and the geographical area.
You may check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website using the details that will be sent to you with the e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by you; please also give us a telephone number on which the courier may contact you to arrange the delivery time.
If the courier is unable to make delivery after two attempts, your order will be returned to the courier's warehouse where you should arrange to collect it.
All our products are packaged very carefully.
If the package you receive appears to be damaged or broken, please indicate the following on the delivery note, which should also be signed by you and the courier:
I accept the package (s) subject to control because it is damaged.
Please inform us immediately that the package has been accepted with the above reservation.
If the carrier refuses to allow you to make the above reservation on the delivery note, please reject the delivery. Here again, please contact our Customer Service immediately to inform them of what has happened.
Our customer service is available from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
E-mails and orders received after 03:00 p.m. on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
